Emotional Freedom

Do you have anxiety, PTSD, worries or pain?  EMT or Tapping is a quick way to work on possibly freeing yourself from these unwanted feelings.  Jeanne has used this for math anxiety with her students.  She explain the technique using two different examples, one for anxiety and one for pain.  Pain often has an emotional connection from past experience.
